Church on the Road

We had the entire day to kill, so we headed to church this morning. They have sacrament meeting last, so we took the kids to Primary first. Mason and Katie did great, but Andrew was having none of nursery, so Ryan and I took turns hanging out with him. I ended up meeting a guy that was from Butte (Montana), and we were able to commiserate over the passing of Butte's favorite son, Evil Kineval. You've got to love a city that has a 90-foot statue of the Virgin Mary placed high on the hill overlooking a gigantic stip mine that is filling with toxic waste water.

Other than that, it was a pretty standard meeting with no surprises (for Delsa, Shauri, and Kristin: think about Chicago).

Katie keeps asking how to speak Australian. Hopefully she'll be able to get through the communication barrier for the next few weeks when we go to church there. Otherwise, we'll have to bring in Grandma Quinn to translate. That could be pretty funny, though.
